I research and teach about Corporate Strategy.
My research focuses on the organization of inter-firm relationships: strategic partnerships, outsourcing/off shoring arrangements and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions). In particular, in my research I focus on how governance and organization help to prevent/solve coordination problems in strategic relationships. More details may be found under "Research".
