I research and teach about Corporate Strategy and Organization Design.
I study the design of inter-organizational relationships: strategic partnerships, inter-divsional relationships, outsourcing/off shoring arrangements and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions). In particular, in my research I focus on how governance and organization help to prevent/solve coordination problems in collaborative structures. More details may be found under "Research".
